Wedding organizers and their clients always have a perfect overview of the schedule, ordered services, catering, calculations, and invited guests, all in one place without hundreds of emails and Excel sheets.

For Wedding Venues, Agencies, and Couples

The web application consists of two modules. The first, non-public, serves wedding venues or agencies for managing reservations, payments, catering offers, and other services, while the second, public, is intended for customers to configure the wedding, work with guest invitations, and prepare the schedule or seating plan.

For each wedding, WediLIV generates a website with all the information and the ability for invited guests to register, who can log in with a unique code sent with the invitation, confirm attendance, choose meals, or add information such as food allergies.

How to Get Started with WediLIV in 4 Steps

WediLIV is a web application that users access through a web browser. Its launch and operation do not require any investments in computer equipment or costly installation or development. The application runs on a third-level domain, such as wediliv.yourdomain.cz, which can be easily linked from the existing web presentation of the wedding venue or agency. Starting WediLIV generally consists of 4 steps.

  • Client Needs Analysis and Basic Configuration

    Although WediLIV is a ready-made solution, its settings vary depending on the needs of the customer. Some places offer accommodation, wellness, and similar services, while wedding agencies need to be able to book weddings at more than one location. 

  • Deploying the WediLIV Solution and Uploading Data

    We launch the customer's WediLIV at a non-public address, where they upload all the necessary information into the system, such as rental prices, available wedding dates, catering and ancillary service offers, or accommodation options. 

  • Launching WediLIV at a Public Address

    Once the customer has uploaded all the information into the application, we launch WediLIV at a public address, e.g., wediliv.yourdomain.com, where potential clients can work with it. A link to WediLIV is added to the existing web presentation. 

  • Operation, Monitoring, and Development

    WediLIV runs on our cloud solution with high availability, backup, and quality data protection. We are constantly working on its development and new functionalities, whether requested by our customers or application users.

How WediLIV Works

The WediLIV application handles the entire wedding organization agenda from date reservation, through catering to seating arrangements. The wedding venue, agency, or hotel uploads their offer, photos, prices, and service information into the application, from which the customer selects and composes their wedding according to their preferences. For each wedding, the application generates a website where invited guests can confirm their attendance, choose meals, or add information about food allergies. 

WediLIV also takes care of issuing payment deposit requests, which it simplifies by using QR codes, and it can be integrated with the customer's electronic banking. The application also accounts for situations where the wedding configuration changes by phone or based on a personal meeting. Such a change can be made directly by the operator in the administration.
